B.O.M.B. Blow Out Medical Bag

The BOMB is an improvement of the standard blowout kit pouch. We’ve started by adding an adjustable paracord drawstring in the pouch to allow the user to set the exact amount the pouch will open up when unzipped, and you can rapidly close the pouch by pulling the cord straight up. We’ve also improved the interior layout by reversing the slot pocket on the front panel so you can actually access it, whereas many other pouches cannot be opened fully to access theirs. There is a multiplicity of elastic loops to carry a 500ml IV fluid bag as well as all your trauma supplies. On the front of the pouch are two bars of PALS webbing with double wide channels to allow you to either mount additional pockets like our “Grobes” Glove dispenser or to secure equipment like flashlights, folding knives and pens. The back of the pouch has a full MALICE Clip matrix at the back including 2 long MALICE Clips, allowing attachment to any PALS system, belt or webbing up to 3" wide. The MALICE clips also provide an ideal place for your trauma shears, just stick them between the clip and the pouch or the base, it’s simple and secure.  Emdom USA, Inc.

• Paracord loop open system: by adjusting the length of the internal paracord loop, you can control the extent of pouch opening. You can also rapidly close the pouch by pulling the paracord loop straight up. 

• Extreme open capability: zippers end at the bottom of the pouch, allowing a 180 degree complete open position.

• Improved internal layout: different from others, we put slot elastic straps at the front, and two horizontal elastics at the back. The front is designed for small items, and the back is for bigger items or IV fluid bags which can be hanged vertically.

• Hanging loop at top back center: for dummy cording your gear or hanging IV bags and water bladders.

• Front MOLLE mounting capability: additional pockets or small EMS items can be mounted or clipped at the front.

• Front Velcro: for Red cross patch, ID or name tape placement.

• Water drainage grommet: for maritime operations.

• Dual zipper pull closure: allows you to access different storage areas of the pouch, and to perfectly position the exit of cords, wires or tubes. 

• EMS Tips: The back MALICE clips provide an ideal place for your trauma shears, just stick them between the clip and the pouch, simple and secure.
